- Make sure your photos are clean of dust, pass a soft dry cloth or a soft brush. Never use water or any liquid.
- Clean the Scanner glass, by first applying the product, in a soft cloth free of lint, not directly on the scanner.
- Discard the use of “proofing tools of color” or “focus” that offer some scanners
- Scan the photo in color mode, even in the case of an image in black and white, in 24 bit RGB, 300 dpi.
- Save and send your photo in JPG format with a high level of quality. The JPG file size must not be less than 1 mb.
