How do I send my photos?
We only receive digital photos, if you don’t have a scanner, please request service at any local photo or photocopy service, they will saved them in a Pen Drive or a CD. Please check to make sure that it is done at a resolution of 300 DPI. Keep your original, will use only the digital image that sends us by fill the Quote form or using WETRANSFER. How much does it cost?
Each intervention is unique that’s why is necessary that you send the photo, we will make you a complimentary quote, it does not commit you to anything. Validity is 10 days. All prices are US dollars. Our usual rate for restoration and retouching has a minimum base of 12 USD$.
Do you offer any guarantee of the services?
Our main interest is to provide an excellent service. We will send you a preliminary photo in low resolution, before any payment. If you are not satisfied with the preliminary photo, you can request changes up to two occasions, detailing your dissatisfaction. Once the final product is approved and payment received, we will send you the final photo in high resolution by WETRANSFER, ready to be printed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and bank wire transfers through Pay Pal. All jobs have to be paid in full once the test picture is accepted
How long it take to deliver a working?
Usually between 7 and 10 business days, depending on the degree of complexity, once accepted the quote. If questions or changes arise subsequently, these times may vary.
Can you alter any photograph?
If the image does not have sufficient resolution, it is excessively damaged, out of focus, or the request is over the possibilities of the image, we reject the work. We reserve the right not to accept jobs that can cause explicit damage to third parties, in all cases, who requested will be the solely responsible and liable for the use that is given to the retouched photos
